The firearms dealer licensing bill failed to have the votes to override Governor Bruce Rauner’s veto. It appears that the senate did have the necessary votes but the house fell short. The bill, sponsored by Senator Harmon, a Democrat from Oak Park had a deadline to be passed yesterday.
