An Olney man currently serving 60 years for raping and killing an eight year old girl has filed a motion to withdraw his guilty plea.
During his trial, Glenn Ramey pleaded guilty to Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault in exchange for the murder charge against him being dropped.
The 54-year-old is currently resides in Menard Correctional Center.
His next day in court is July 20.
