WHITE COUNTY, IL. (WJPF) — A Carmi man is dead following a head on car crash in White County.
It happened Sunday night on US 45.
State Police say that 78-year-old Billy Wagner was northbound when he crossed the center line and hit a tractor trailer and then a pickup.
Wagner was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured. The driver of the pickup suffered minor injuries.
