Walker’s Bluff submits casino proposal to state board

CARTERVILLE, Ill. (WJPF) — Walker’s Bluff, along with gaming partner Elite Casino Resorts, have filed their application with the state gaming board for a casino license.
The Illinois Gaming Board could take up to a year to review the plan.
