CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) — In-person classes at SIU Carbondale have been cancelled for the rest of the semester.
Chancellor John Dunn made the announcement Monday, saying the use of alternative learning formats are the best way to protect students and staff from COVID-19.
The Student Recreation Center will also close effective Tuesday.
Students and family members with questions should call the Office of the Dean of Students at 618-453-4846 during normal business hours, or email their questions to pandemicinfo@siu.edu 24 hours a day.
