MULKEYTOWN, Ill. (WJPF) — A Mulkeytown man has been arrested on multiple counts of sexual assault involving a child.
Charles Parvin, 57, was taken into custody Tuesday by Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputies.
Parvin faces 7 counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child, a class X felony.
