HERRIN, Ill. (WJPF) – A Herrin man has been arrested for sex crimes against a child.
Raymond Helderman,29, faces charges including aggravated criminal sexual abuse, grooming, and of exposing himself to a child. The victim was less than thirteen years old.
Herrin Police say at the time of his arrest earlier this month, Helderman was already registered as a sex offender.
