Two men have been charged with second-degree murder in connection with an explosion of homemade fireworks that killed several people in St. Louis.
Four people were killed in the blast – three teenagers and a 21-year-old man. Authorities say two men were showing the others how to make bootleg fireworks with an explosive charge far in excess of Missouri’s legal limits.
The incident occurred Friday in a northern St. Louis county neighborhood.
