Two arrested, released after 11-year-old is left in parked car

 
METROPOLIS, Ill. (WJPF) – Two Tennessee residents were arrested in Metropolis over the weekend for leaving a child alone in a vehicle while the adults were in the casino.
Metropolis Police were called by Harrah’s security on Saturday after workers discovered an 11-year-old had been left alone in a parked vehicle for over 90 minutes.
Two Murfreesboro, Tennessee residents were arrested on charges of endangering the health or life of a child. They were both released on bond. Illinois DCFS was also contacted.
