CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. — Southern Illinois women’s golfers Rose Bundy and Secilia Ho earned 2021-22 Women’s Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar honors, the organization announced on Tuesday. A total of 1,485 women’s collegiate golfers were recognized. The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team requires a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50, one of the most stringent in all of college athletics.

Ho, an electrical engineering major, earned a 3.95 GPA and competed in five tournaments for the Salukis, carding a scoring average of 81.57 through 14 rounds this year. Bundy, a cinema journalism major, carried a 3.90 GPA and carded a scoring average of 81.30 through 23 rounds during the 2021-22 season.
