FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help finding a missing person.
Michael Williams, 30, is described by police as a white male standing 6’3″s tall. He weighs about 160 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes.
