CARBONDALE, Ill. (WJPF) – A Carbondale woman was arrested after she threatened a person with a knife.
Carbondale Police say Shakota Futch, 33, brandished a knife during an argument Wednesday night in the 100 block of North Giant City Road. Nobody got hurt.
CPD add that Shakota Futch fought with the arresting officer before being taken to the Jackson County Jail. She faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful use of a weapon, and resisting a peace officer.
