Illinois State Police Investigation Leads To Three Arrests For Concealment Of Homicidal Death

Illinois State Police investigation leads to three arrests for concealment of homicidal death.

On June 22nd, ISP was requested to investigate a missing person, 55 year old Ryan Waggoner from Lerna, IL.

On June 27th, the investigation led to a rural address in Crawford County where human remains were located. Forensic analysis is being completed to identify the remains.

ISP arrested 3 individuals from Robinson, IL…. 24 year old Lance Newcomb for one count of Concealment of Homicidal Death, 58 year old Angela Newcomb for one count of Concealment of Homicidal Death and one count of Obstructing Justice, and 52 year old Hiley Schulte for one count of Concealment of Homicidal Death.

All three are currently in custody at the Crawford County Jail.
