MARION, Ill. (WJPF) – Marion Police say a lengthy investigation has resulted in an arrest on drug and weapons charges.
Tyrone Hymon, 39, was taken into custody October 31 at a home in the 400 block of North 21st Street in Herrin.
Hymon is facing charges of delivery of a controlled substance near a protected place, possession of 15-100 grams of cocaine with the intent to deliver, possession of 15-100 grams of MDMA with the intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon, unlawful possession of firearm ammunition, and possession of a stolen firearm.
