While SIU’s men’s team is reeling from seven players entering the transfer portal, SIU women’s basketball lost Laniah Randle to the portal yesterday.
Randle was a standout for the Saluki women this past season. She was a Missouri Valley Conference First Team member and voted the conference’s Most Improved Player.
Randle averaged 18.3 points and 8.6 rebounds this past year. The Saluki women went just 11-20.
