Tim Murphy, driving force behind local Candy Cane Lane, passes away

WEST FRANKFORT, Ill. (WJPF) — Tim Murphy, the West Frankfort man behind Candy Cane lane, has died.
Murphy passed away Wednesday in an area hospital due to complications of COVID-19.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
