BENTON, Ill. (WJPF) – What’s being called a small electrical issue at the Benton Walmart fitting room briefly closed the retail store Monday night.
Benton and West City fire departments were toned at about 7:30 p.m. for a fire in the clothing department.
In a social medial post, Benton Walmart said they reopened at about 9:00 p.m. and thanked the quick action of store employees and first responders.
