The suspect responsible for criminal damage to property in Carbondale was arrested and later released.
41 year old Dustin Randolph of Marion was identified and arrested in Carterville yesterday afternoon.
Upon furthur investigation, detectives determined that probable cause did not exist to charge Randolph with criminal damage to property. He was released from custody without charges.
The investigation is active and ongoing.
